QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an Employment Solicitor for a fully remote role in the UK. The ideal candidate has 2+ years PQE and enjoys handling contentious and non-contentious employment work within a busy team.

You will manage your own caseload including disputes such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and settlements, with a steady pipeline of work from the wider organisation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload from instruction to conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload covering unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and settlements.
• Provide broad employment advice including non-contentious matters.
• Work remotely with an established flow of work from a national organisation.
