Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in disputes over unfair dismissal, discrimination, or harassment.
• Advise on redundancies, termination, and wrongful dismissal processes.
• Provide guidance on employee rights such as holiday pay and working hours.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Negotiate settlements in employment-related disputes.
• Advise on handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Assist businesses with employee transfers during restructuring or sales.
