Sellick Partnership's client, a Legal 500 & Chambers UK ranked firm, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team in Milton Keynes. You will represent clients in disputes over unfair dismissal, discrimination, and harassment, and advise on redundancies, terminations, and employee rights.

The successful candidate has 1–3 years PQE in employment law, strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage a busy caseload to tight deadlines, and a proactive, client-focused
