Qualifications

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with at least 1 year post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and case law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Ability to provide clear, commercially-focused advice.
• Excellent communication, drafting and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers on day-to-day employment issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management and employee relations.
• Handling complex employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract.
• Advising on business restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers and organisational change.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, service agreements, workplace policies and employee handbooks.
• Advising on settlement agreements, senior executive exits and contentious employment matters.
• Providing employment support on corporate transactions, acquisitions and business reorganisations.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through responsive, commercially focused advice.
• Supporting business development activities, including networking, seminars, client events and contributing to articles and legal updates.

TSR Legal currently have an excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join our clients highly regarded Employment team in Bristol. This is an opportunity to become part of an established and respected national practice, working on an impressive range of employment matters for a diverse client base, including major businesses, household names, senior executives and organisations across a variety of sectors.

The team is recognised for the quality of its work and its ability to handle complex, commercially significant employment matters. You will gain exposure to a varied caseload encompassing both contentious and non-contentious employment law, with the opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists on challenging and high-profile matters.

The Role

About You

Ideally, you will have:
