TSR Legal is working with a well-established law firm in Bristol looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer looking for greater responsibility, high-quality work and clear progression. The successful solicitor will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising businesses and individuals across areas including Employment Tribunal claims, discrimination, dismissals, restructuring, TUPE, contracts and senior exits.

The firm is looking for someone capable of managing matters independently while also contributing to the development of the wider employment practice.

The position offers a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience, hybrid working and strong long-term career prospects.
