Employment Solicitor | Associate – Senior Associate | Liverpool

I’m working with a highly regarded specialist employment law firm in Liverpool that is looking to add an experienced Employment Solicitor at Associate to Senior Associate level to its team.

This is a genuinely interesting opportunity for someone who enjoys the law, wants to work closely with clients and is looking to build their career within a specialist employment practice.

The firm has a strong reputation for the quality of its work and client service, advising established organisations, HR teams and senior decision-makers across the UK and internationally. The work is varied and often complex, including:

• Day-to-day employment and HR advice
• Industrial relations
• Discrimination and whistleblowing matters
• Employment Tribunal claims

One of the things that particularly stands out about the role is the firm's approach. There are no billable hour or financial targets. The focus is on providing high-quality, commercially sensible advice and achieving the right outcome for clients.

You’ll have early exposure to clients and responsibility, while working alongside a supportive team of experienced employment specialists. The firm is also very much office-based, with a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together and share knowledge.
