Responsibilities

• Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases.
• Providing strategic advice on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring processes.
• Advising on TUPE transfers, business reorganisations, and workforce issues.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Supporting partners on high-value and complex matters.
• Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Role
