Job summary

Clayton Legal is representing a respected regional law firm seeking an Employment Solicitor with around 5 years' PQE to join a Leeds team. The role offers a fully remote setup with only 1-2 days a month in the Leeds office, and a hybrid working pattern across contentious and non-contentious matters for SMEs, corporates, and individuals.

The successful candidate will handle advisory and tribunal work, draft contracts and policies, and contribute to business development and client training.

Our client, a well-established and growing regional firm with a strong reputation for high-quality legal services, is seeking an Employment Solicitor with circa 5 years' PQE to join their dynamic team in Leeds.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team handling a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You'll act for a diverse client base including SMEs, large corporates, and individual clients across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities include:
