SaccoMann is recruiting an Employment Solicitor in Warrington to join a growing Employment team. You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with the autonomy to develop your own client relationships and contribute to the department's growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Employment Law.
• Strong technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to providing legal advice.
• Ability to manage own caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to conclusion.
• Drafting contracts of employment, policies and settlement agreements.
• Advising on disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and restructures.
• Supporting clients with day-to-day employment law queries.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
