The ideal candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE within employment law, currently operating at Senior Associate or Partner level
• Strong demonstration of managing own Employment caseload independently and advocating effectively at Tribunals
• Client-focused attitude with a drive to develop the local employment law practice
• Ability to work independently while being an engaged team player
