Kingsley Wood is looking for an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner. You will operate with autonomy, managing your own client relationships and fee arrangements while contributing to business development.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, with 4+ years PQE in employment law, capable of drafting, advocating, and generating work through professional networks in a flexible, modern environment. PII cover is provided, and administrative support is offered.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.
