Kingsley Wood seeks an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner, bringing deep expertise across a broad range of complex employment law and a readiness to participate in business development. The firm offers a genuine consultant partner model with autonomy, comprehensive administrative support, and modern legal tech.

You can build and manage your own client following with flexible hours and competitive fee share, up to 85%.

Formación

• 4+ years PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Proactively generate work through contacts and BD.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial with desire to grow own client following.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
