The Role targets an employment solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to join as a Partner, managing client relationships, fee structures, and growing a personal practice through business development.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Experience generating work through contacts and business development.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow client following.

Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
