Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner, with a focus on business development and client relationships. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and a path to build a personal following, while leveraging the firm’s infrastructure to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and a proven ability to generate new work through contacts and initiatives.

• Experience generating work through contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow own client following.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Partner in employment law with client-facing responsibilities.
• Develop and execute business development activities to grow client base.
• Provide strategic employment law advice across complex matters.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
