Job summary

Kingsley Wood, a cutting-edge legal consultancy in the United Kingdom, is seeking an employment solicitor to join as a Partner. You will have autonomy over client relationships, fee arrangements, and a strong role in business development.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years PQE in employment law, excellent drafting and advocacy, and a proven ability to generate new work. Flexible, modern working environment with support and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Partner and participate in business development.
• Manage complex employment matters with autonomy and client focus.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and revenue streams.
• Draft, advise on, and negotiate employment agreements and settlements.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law

• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
