Kingsley Wood is seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner, offering autonomy over client relationships and fee arrangements while growing your own practice.

Flexible hours and a generous fee share (up to 85%, minimum 75%) give you the freedom to build a scalable practice aligned with client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Able to generate work through networks and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial with client growth focus.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
