Job summary

Kingsley Wood, a forward-thinking legal consultancy in the United Kingdom, is seeking an employment solicitor to join as a Partner. You will have full control over your client relationships, fee arrangements, and the opportunity to shape your own practice within a supportive platform.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.

• Candidates with existing client following are particularly attractive.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
