Job summary

KINGSLEY WOOD is seeking an experienced Employment solicitor to join as a Partner, enabling full client relationship control and fee arrangements. The role emphasizes business development and growth of a personal client following within a flexible, modern working environment.

You will be expected to bring strong employment law experience, commercial acumen, and an entrepreneurial approach to building a scalable practice within the firm’s framework.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, motivated to grow own client base.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an Employment solicitor with Partner-level responsibilities.
• Participate in business development and client relationship management.
• Structure and negotiate fee arrangements with clients.
• Leverage autonomy to build and.expand your own litigation practice.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law

• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
