Kingsley Wood is seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner, with strong experience across complex employment law and contribution to business development.

You will enjoy autonomy over client relationships and fee arrangements, while benefiting from full administrative, compliance, and operational support and access to a collaborative partner network. Flexible hours and a modern tech-enabled platform help you build and grow your own practice.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Able to generate work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law

• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
