Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking an employment solicitor with 4 years’+ PQE to join as a Partner, taking ownership of client relationships and fee arrangements. You will lead on complex matters and have control over your client base while contributing to business development.

You will generate work through existing contacts and BD initiatives, build a sustainable client following, and thrive in a flexible, modern working environment that supports growth.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
