Job summary

Kingsley Wood is a forward-thinking legal consultancy seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner. You will drive business development, manage complex employment matters for a growing client base, and operate with autonomy over relationships, fees, and strategy within a flexible consultant-partner framework.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
