Kingsley Wood is a forward-thinking legal consultancy seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner, taking control of client relationships and fee arrangements.

You will leverage strong drafting and advocacy skills to build a personal client following while working within a modern, flexible structure supported by comprehensive administrative and tech resources.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Able to generate work through existing contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated to grow own client following.

Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
