Job summary

Kingsley Wood seeks an experienced employment solicitor to step into a Partner role, taking control of client relationships and fee arrangements. The firm offers autonomy, a flexible working model, and a path to growing your own practice within a supportive infrastructure.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
