Kingsley Wood seeks an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner, with autonomy over client relationships and fee arrangements. You will contribute to business development and leverage your own client following within a collaborative, supportive platform.

The role offers full administrative, compliance, and operational support, a flexible hours model, and the opportunity to earn a high share of your billings in a modern, technology-enabled practice.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
