Job summary

Lunaria Partners | Responsible Business is seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate to join our market-leading practice. The role combines high-quality HR advisory, projects on global scale, and a path toward partnership within a supportive international firm.

You will handle complex employment matters for large businesses, including M&A support, restructurings, DEI initiatives, investigations, and senior exits, while building trusted client relationships and contributing to business

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of employment law and advising large businesses on employment related matters.
• Transactional support experience in employment matters.
• Experience working with international clients preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Advanced drafting skills and thorough legal research ability.
• Good academic record across degrees.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and global project work for diverse clients.
• Support corporate and M&A activities related to employment matters.
• Assist with restructurings, DEI projects, investigations, and senior exits.
• Advise on outsourcing and cross-border workforce issues.
• Collaborate on large global projects with firm-wide teams.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join a highly ranked practice at a leading international law firm. The role sits within a market-leading global practice and part of a broader people-focused group covering the full spectrum of workforce related legal advice, advising global businesses across a range of sectors including financial services, retail, media, technology, transport and food and beverage.

Stepping into this role, you can expect a broad mix of high quality work ranging from HR advisory, global project work, corporate and M&A support, restructuring, DEI projects, investigations, advice on senior exits and outsourcing. You will also work on large global projects with other lawyers across the firm internationally.
