Job summary

You will handle highquality advisory work, project management, and opportunities to contribute to business development. The ideal candidate has extensive employment law experience, strong drafting and research skills, and comfort working autonomously across time zones.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of employment law and advising large businesses on employment-related matters.
• HR advisory experience and knowledge of complex workforce issues.
• Transaction support and cross-border advisory experience preferred.
• Experience with international clients is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong drafting and research skills.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join a highly ranked practice at a leading international law firm. The role sits within a market-leading global practice and part of a broader people-focused group covering the full spectrum of workforce related legal advice, advising global businesses across a range of sectors including financial services, retail, media, technology, transport and food and beverage.

Stepping into this role, you can expect a broad mix of high quality work ranging from HR advisory, global project work, corporate and M&A support, restructuring, DEI projects, investigations, advice on senior exits and outsourcing. You will also work on large global projects with other lawyers across the firm internationally.

The role is ideal for an employment lawyer who enjoys maintaining client relationships alongside contributing to business development and thought leadership. This role therefore offers a genuine opportunity to raise your profile and go on to partnership.
