Job summary

Lunaria Partners | Responsible Business is seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate to join our global practice. The role offers fully remote or hybrid working arrangements and a premium benefits package.

You will advise multinational clients on employment matters, lead HR advisory projects, and support high-stakes M&A and restructuring assignments. Ideal candidates will have extensive employment law knowledge, experience with international clients, and strong drafting and research

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of employment law and advising large businesses on employment matters.
• Transactional support experience.
• Experience with international clients (preferred).
• Ability to perform tasks autonomously.
• Advanced drafting skills and legal research ability.

Responsibilities

The Role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join a highly ranked practice at a leading international law firm. The role sits within a market-leading global practice and part of a broader people-focused group covering the full spectrum of workforce related legal advice, advising global businesses across a range of sectors including financial services, retail, media, technology, transport and food and beverage.

Stepping into this role, you can expect a broad mix of high quality work ranging from HR advisory, global project work, corporate and M&A support, restructuring, DEI projects, investigations, advice on senior exits and outsourcing. You will also work on large global projects with other lawyers across the firm internationally.
