Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join as Consultant Partner in a fully remote UK role. You will lead client relationships, drive business development, and enjoy autonomy over your practice within a supportive partner network.

You should have 4+ years PQE in employment law, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to grow your own client following while benefiting from flexible hours and competitive fee share.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.
