Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join as a Consultant Partner in a fully remote UK role. You will have autonomy to manage your client relationships, fee arrangements, and develop new business within a flexible, modern framework.

The firm offers admin support, access to a partner network, and leading legal tech to enable scalable practice growth while earning a share of your billings (75–85%).

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to grow own client following.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years'+ PQE in employment law

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
