Job summary

Kingsley Wood seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor to join as a Consultant Partner in a fully remote UK role. You will lead client engagements, drive business development, and manage relationships while leveraging autonomy within a supportive platform.

The candidate will have 4+ years PQE in employment law, strong drafting/advocacy skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow their own client following in a flexible, modern working environment.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law

• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
