An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join its growing Northampton team.

This is a key hire within a department comprising a Partner, Solicitor, Trainee and Administrator, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to bridge the gap between senior leadership and junior team members while helping drive the next phase of growth. You will manage a varied employment law caseload, advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters.
