Law Staff in London near Marylebone is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to join their team, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters and managing their own caseload.

You will work with a supportive team, drafting contracts, settlement agreements, defending on unfair dismissal, and advising on disciplinary matters, TUPE and business transfers. Hybrid working after probation and strong progression opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years PQE and admitted to practice within England & Wales
• Academic background with 2:1 at degree level or equivalent
• Highly focused
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Working alongside a supportive team, the successful candidate will have experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters, handling their own caseload autonomously.
