Job summary

Austen Lloyd in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a top Legal 500 firm. You will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters with strong progression prospects and a hybrid working arrangement.

You will advise on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancies, TUPE, and contract policy advice, with opportunities to develop and manage client relationships within a high-quality regional and national client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in both contentious and advisory employment law.
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and client care skills.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication ability.

Responsibilities
