You will advise senior executives, partners and employers on complex employment and partnership issues, including discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract, while managing tribunal litigation and high-stakes negotiations.

A highly regarded specialist employment and partnership law firm is looking to hire experienced Employment Lawyers (5+ PQE) as part of its continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling contentious matters including discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and breach of contract claims.
• Managing Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
• Advising on workplace disputes, investigations and strategic employee relations matters.
• Negotiating settlements and resolving sensitive workplace conflicts.
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
