Job summary

eNL is seeking an Employment Solicitor at senior level to lead growth of the firm's Employment Practice in Chester and the wider North West/North Wales region. You will handle a varied caseload, including tribunal work, while developing client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities.

The role offers autonomy, a platform to influence strategic direction, competitive salary (DOE), and genuine partnership prospects within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in employment law required.
• Strong technical expertise in contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience conducting Employment Tribunal advocacy.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Passion for business development and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and developing the firm's Employment Law offering across Chester and North Wales.
• Managing a varied caseload of employment matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation and day-to-day HR and employment law advice.
• Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Networking and undertaking business development activities to raise the profile of the Employment team.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to provide seamless legal advice.
• Contributing to the continued success and profitability of the department through effective case management and client service.
