Kingsley Wood, a forward-thinking legal consultancy, is seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner. You will enjoy autonomy over client relationships, fee structures, and business development opportunities within a supportive platform that rewards high performance.

With 4+ years PQE in employment law and a proven ability to generate work, you will lead and grow your own following while contributing to the firm's ongoing success and scalable client delivery model.

The Role

We are seeking an employment solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex employment law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
