Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Manager to lead a team of Employment Advisers, driving performance and high-quality service delivery to unemployed jobseekers. You will oversee daily operations, staff development, and stakeholder relationships to maximise employment opportunities.

You will bring strong people management, experience in sales or recruitment, and solid IT skills. Flexible working may be considered with a pro-rata part-time option.

Qualifications

• Direct line management experience.
• Sales, customer service or recruitment background.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• People management including training and coaching.
• Strong administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and lead the Employment Advisers team.
• Implement strategies to upskill local community and remove barriers to work.
• Monitor and manage office and individual performance against KPIs.
• Manage staff development, performance management and recruitment.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise referrals.
• Oversee Profit and Loss and monthly financial forecasting.
