Job summary

Reed in Partnership is hiring an Employment Adviser to support jobseekers, engaging with local employers and promoting the Restart Scheme. You will provide personalised guidance, help craft CVs and prepare for interviews while managing a caseload and hitting KPIs. The role offers flexible working options and a strong service ethos.

Qualifications

• Coaching/mentoring experience required.
• Persuasion/influencing skills desirable.
• Experience in customer-facing environments.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, target-driven settings.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and creating tailored action plans.
• Delivering one-to-one guidance including CV writing, interview prep and skills development.
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
• Collaborating with participants to build confidence and sustain work.
• Engaging with local employers and signposting to address barriers.
