Qualifications
Broad and deep knowledge of employment law across multiple sectors.
Experience in PSL or knowledge-focused roles or senior solicitor transitioning to PSL.

Proactive approach to building new knowledge resources and precedents.
Strong research, drafting and presentation capabilities.
Responsibilities
Establish and develop the firm's Employment PSL function.
Monitor and analyse key developments in employment law and assess impact.
Produce high-quality updates, briefings, and know-how.
Develop and maintain precedents, templates, guidance and resources.
Support fee earners with complex technical and legal queries.
Deliver internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Develop the employment know-how and knowledge management strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and consistency.
Support client briefings, seminars and external-facing content.
Collaborate with PSL and knowledge teams across the firm.
