Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the firm's Employment PSL function.
• Monitor and analyse key developments in employment law and assess impact.
• Produce high-quality updates, briefings and know-how.
• Develop and maintain precedents, templates and guidance.
• Support fee earners with complex technical queries.
• Deliver internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Develop the firm's employment know-how and KM strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and consistency.
• Support client briefings, seminars and external content.
• Collaborate with PSL and knowledge teams across the firm and offices.
