Job summary

eNL is recruiting an experienced Employment Solicitor to help build and lead a new PSL function in Birmingham. The role focuses on shaping the employment know-how, producing updates, and advising fee earners on complex matters.

You will work closely with the Employment team and senior leadership to develop precedents, templates and guidance, and to roll out training across the firm. A proactive, entrepreneurial approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with strong PSL or knowledge-management interest.
• Experience in shaping and delivering employment law know-how.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the firm's Employment PSL function.
• Produce legal updates, briefings and know-how.
• Develop precedents, templates, guidance and knowledge resources.
• Support fee earners with complex technical and legal queries.
• Deliver internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with PSL and knowledge teams across the national firm.
• Shape a consistent employment offering across offices.
