Lc Legal in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor or PSL to shape the team’s approach to knowledge sharing, training and technical excellence. You’ll support colleagues with updates, guidelines and resources to stay ahead of developments in UK employment law.

You’ll design and deliver training, manage precedents and contribute to client alerts and thought leadership while exploring efficient use of technology and AI. Hybrid and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UK employment law.
• Excellent legal research, drafting and communication skills.
• Interest in legislative developments and emerging employment law issues.
• Ability to translate complex developments into practical guidance.
• Collaborative yet capable of independent project ownership.

Responsabilités

• Act as a central point of expertise, supporting colleagues with updates, guidance, training and knowledge management.
• Monitor developments in employment law, translating changes into practical guidance.
• Develop and manage precedents, templates and knowledge resources.
• Design and deliver training, support CPD programmes and inductions.
• Produce client alerts, thought leadership and legal updates.
• Support seminars to strengthen the team's profile and reputation.
• Promote consistency, technical excellence and best practice across the team.
• Explore opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation and AI.
• Potentially undertake a limited amount of fee-earning or client work depending on experience.
