Job summary
ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer in Property (Hampshire) with 6+ PQE to support Commercial and Residential Property teams. The role transitions a fee-earning lawyer into a strategic knowledge role, focusing on precedents, training, and legislative updates.
You will lead knowledge management, support legal technology adoption, and contribute to client briefs, pitches and thought leadership. Hybrid working with core hours is offered, salary DOE.
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ PQE in Commercial and/or Residential Property.
- Experience as PSL or transitioning from fee-earning into a strategic knowledge role.
- Ability to develop precedents, templates and legal guidance.
- Experience in training, updates on legislation (leasehold reform, Stamp Duty Land Tax).
- Contribute to client briefings, pitches and thought leadership; support tech adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead training and development across Property teams.
- Develop and maintain knowledge resources and precedents.
- Provide technical support on complex property matters.
- Monitor legislative developments and share updates.
- Support document automation and improvements to workflows and knowledge-sharing.
