Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with strong employment law experience.
• Experience as a Professional Support Lawyer or strong interest in PSL role.
• Strong technical knowledge of employment law and HR advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret UK employment law developments.
• Deliver training programmes, workshops, and legal updates.
• Draft and maintain precedents and know-how resources.
• Provide technical support on complex employment law queries.
• Produce client-facing insights and thought leadership content.
• Support business development with technical input.
• Drive consistency and best practice across the Employment team.
