Job summary

You will assist on complex disputes, prepare bundles and notes, liaise with counsel and clients, and help manage documents to ensure matters progress efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous paralegal experience in litigation/arbitration or commercial disputes.
• Strong academic background in law with good referencing and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, professional and team-focused approach.
• Experience with document review platforms would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support a senior Partner and associates on complex disputes and arbitration matters.
• Assist with case preparation, document review and evidence management.
• Prepare bundles, chronologies, correspondence and research notes.
• Liaise with counsel, experts, clients, courts, tribunals and third-party providers.
• Conduct legal and factual research across commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• Support the team with filings, hearing preparation and trial/arbitration logistics.
• Help manage documents and ensure matters progress efficiently.
