Brandon James, a leading UK law firm in London, is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join its established Employment team. You will support solicitors across a broad mix of advisory work, disputes and tribunal preparation, gaining hands-on experience in the full employment law process.

The role offers exposure to drafting, case preparation and client support, with the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior solicitors in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in employment law within a law firm.

A leading law firm is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join its established Employment team in London. This Employment Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, supporting solicitors and partners across advisory work, disputes and tribunal preparation. The Employment Paralegal will gain hands‑on experience across the full employment law process, including drafting, case preparation and client support.

The Role

As the Employment Paralegal you will support solicitors across a varied caseload of employment matters.

The role will include:

• Supporting contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
• Drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements and legal correspondence
• Preparing case documents, bundles and witness statements
• Conducting legal research across employment law issues
• Assisting with Employment Tribunal preparation and proceedings
• Managing case files and maintaining accurate records

The Employment Paralegal?

You will have prior experience in employment law and a strong understanding of both advisory and contentious employment matters.

The Employment Paralegal must have:

• Previous experience within an employment law role in a law firm
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Experience supporting tribunal or advisory employment matters
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
