The Portfolio Group in Manchester city centre is seeking a proactive Paralegal to support the Litigation Executives in Employment Tribunals. You will handle client enquiries by phone and email, draft documents, manage legal admin, and help create bundles and minutes.

This role is ideal for a Law graduate or experienced Paralegal looking to progress within Employment Law, with a supportive team and clear development opportunities in a busy commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills across face-to-face, phone and email
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Strong organisation and time-management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Handling client enquiries by phone and email
• Supporting Litigation Executives with applications, documents and bundles
• Assisting with regulatory obligations, particularly Client Care
• Maintaining files, system notes, minutes and calendars
• Collaborating with the team to continually improve client experience
