Anakin Seal Legal is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join its national Insurance practice. The role offers hybrid working with attendance in the office one day a week across Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham.

You will manage a predominantly respondent-based employment caseload, handling unfair dismissals with support from the national Employment team. No business development is required, excellent progression and training are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ PQE in employment law.
• Experience handling respondent-based matters in a busy team.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular office presence.

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its expanding Insurance practice at an exciting period of continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment specialist looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm.

With flexible hybrid working, you'll only be required to attend the office one day per week, with the remainder of your time working from home. For those who prefer a greater office presence, this is fully supported but not required.

The Role

You will manage a predominantly respondent-based employment caseload, acting for clients on a range of employment matters including unfair dismissals. The team benefits from a consistent flow of quality work, meaning there is no expectation for business development or networking to generate work or clients. Whilst the work is Respondent applications are welcomed from both Claimant and Respondent Lawyers.

This position would suit:

• An experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a new challenge
• A lawyer currently handling a mixed civil litigation caseload that includes employment matters and who wishes to specialise further in Employment Law
• A self-motivated individual who enjoys working autonomously while remaining part of a wider national team

Although this is a stand-alone role within the local team structure, you will have the full support and expertise of the firm's highly regarded national Employment team whenever required.
