Employment Solicitor 3+ PQE Birmingham | Hybrid Working | Leading National Law Firm

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its expanding Insurance practice at an exciting period of continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment specialist looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm.

With flexible hybrid working, you'll only be required to attend the office one day per week, with the remainder of your time working from home. For those who prefer a greater office presence, this is fully supported but not required.

The Role

You will manage a predominantly respondent-based employment caseload, acting for clients on a range of employment matters including unfair dismissals. The team benefits from a consistent flow of quality work, meaning there is no expectation for business development or networking to generate work or clients.

This position would suit:

• An experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a new challenge
• A lawyer currently handling a mixed civil litigation caseload that includes employment matters and who wishes to specialise further in Employment Law
• A self-motivated individual who enjoys working autonomously while remaining part of a wider national team

Although this is a stand-alone role within the local team structure, you will have the full support and expertise of the firm's highly regarded national Employment team whenever required.
