Oculus Legal Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a well-established regional firm. The role focuses on claimant work across a varied Employment caseload, with opportunities to mentor others and develop client relationships.

You will handle initial advice through to Tribunal proceedings, advise on unfair dismissal and discrimination, and contribute to business development within a supportive team.

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team.

The Employment team works across a varied caseload for both regional and national clients, with a strong focus on developing its people through mentoring, training and knowledge-sharing. The Role

The position is predominantly claimant-focused, with some respondent work, covering a range of Employment matters from initial advice and negotiation through to Employment Tribunal litigation.

You will handle your own caseload, advise on matters including unfair dismissal and discrimination, prepare key Tribunal documentation and attend hearings where required.

There is also the opportunity to contribute to the wider development of the team through client relationships and business development activity.

The firm is open-minded on experience and will consider Employment professionals at different levels. The key is strong claimant-focused experience, confidence managing your own caseload and a genuine interest in continuing to develop within Employment Law.
